One of the major causes of tiredness is overwork. When you do more work than you are supposed to, you tend to feel weak and drained. There are also relaxation therapies that you can use to alleviate stress, such as meditations, yoga, and self-hypnosis.

Restrict Your Sleep

If you feel that you are stressed out because you are sleep-derived, then cut down on your sleep time. Sounds weird? But when you decide on how much time you need to sleep, it can cut down on the time you spend in bed, not sleeping. This would make it easier for you to fall asleep when you do. You can implement this by:

  • Try not to take naps during the day
  • Go to bed earlier for the first night and sleep for about 4 hours
  • If you feel well-rested, then the next night you can extend the sleep time with an extra 30 minutes
  • As long as you are deep asleep, keep adding hours progressively

Trying out these tips would ensure that you have a better sleep at night, leaving you energetic and sound during the daytime.
