You may worry a lot about putting the weight back on once you get off the pill, so much that you don’t want to get off of it. And that leads to addiction. So, be wary about your concerns with your weight and whether you’re ok with eventually leaving the pill. Also, be aware that a diet pill won’t do all of the work for you and that you will have to put into the work of your diet and exercise plan yourself. Also, plan to keep your dependency on the diet pill temporary because it loses its effectiveness over time. But whatever the plan is, diet and exercise is still key and planning it with the doctor, pill or no pill can be a huge help to you and anyone else.
